For teachers working with art, computing, media studies or those looking for inspiration for creative approaches to using technology in their lessons.
Animation is a wonderfully versatile activity that encourages and develops key soft skills using technology.
Computer games, TV and Cinema are huge industries relying on animators. Most special effects in movies are a form of animation. Animation also exists within apps, on web sites and on our connected devices.
With animation we can tell a different kind of story, a story that would be hard or even impossible to tell using actors.
Technology is becoming increasingly accessible to all ages and abilities. Many animation apps are free and the cameras on mobile devices and tablets are excellent. Post production is also possible, using apps to add titles, music, a voice over and more.
There has never been a better time to explore animation, using you classroom computers for a fun, creative activity.
An iPad, Chrome Book or Laptop. We will forward our preferred App list on receipt of your booking.
