Three Styles of Animation Using Class Technology
There has been a huge amount of interest in the Furnished Learning Self-Paced Animation course using tablets and laptops, as schools plan more creative lessons using class technology.
Due to this high level of interest we thought we would run this again online as a twilight webinar on Thursday 21st October 2021 at 3.45pm - 5.00pm
The 75 minute course will introduce you to three different styles of animation, easily achievable using class technology and a small selection of free apps.
- Stop motion animation, Wallace and Grommit style, animating a plasticine model.
- GIF based drawing, art animation, creating fun GIFs from student art work
- Puppet animation using two of my favourite apps, great for many subject areas and almost all keystages.

Aims
To give teachers time to develop confidence, through a series of hands on activities, using their existing class technology to explore a variety of free apps and workflows. Perfect for digital art lessons and supporting the animation topics of your IT curriculum.
