Developed by Oscar Stringer over the last four years while working in schools, this course will ensure you develop confidence and provide practical ideas that your students will love. He promotes effective and interesting use of iPads that enhance the teaching of MFL and support EAL students in your lessons. Explore apps that encourage creativity, allow students to collaborate, and ensure both teachers and students get the most from this ever developing and relevant technology.

Working with free apps, create animations, encourage collaboration tasks, make media rich ePub Books, use QR Codes and turn on key settings of the iPad to unlock tools for MFL student feedback and peer assessment.
iPads coupled with the right selection of apps are a pertinent and flexible tool, allowing teachers to inspire and students to collaborate, create and practise.

This twilight training event will start at 4.15pm and finish at 5:30pm on 29th April 2021.
The booking fee to secure a place is £55.00 per person.
The app list will be forwarded on receipt of your booking form. We always invoice your school after you have attended the course. Prevent fraud, never pay for a training course before it has taken place.
If you require a whole school training session on a different day, contact Oscar here to arrange a more convenient time and a different price.
As a delegate of the course you will also have access to all the MFL training materials on Furnished Learning and a recording of the training for your reference.
We advise using a computer with Zoom installed to take part in the training and use an iPad to follow the activities and tasks.
